We will meet us at our office, so our staff can provide you with the necessary equipment for the activity (mask, snorkel, fins, and wetsuit).
We’ll head to “El Velero” pier, where our guide will give us a briefing of the tour and then, we’ll board the boat to head to Pinzon Island.
We wil arrive at Penguin bay, located at Pinzon island. This bay offers clear waters to enjoy an unforgettable experience.
We’ll equip ourselves with all the necessary equipment and begin disembarking from the boat to begin snorkeling.
In our experience, this bay is one of the best we have for snorkeling. It’s like a natural aquarium where you can observe reef sharks, sea lions, schools of fish, rays, and much more.
In the bay, you can observe many sea turtles, making it an ideal place to swim with them. The bay is shallow (between 1 and 2 meters), allowing for close encounters.
After this extraordinary snorkeling experience, we’ll return on board where we’ll have a small snack provided by our crew.
We will continue our expedition heading to La Fe. On the way to this site we will pass by Roca SinNombre while navigation where you can observe certain seabirds on its cliffs.
As we head toward La Fe, the crew will offer an optional fishing demonstration (please note that this is not a fishing tour, so the demonstration will be short). If you catch anything, we’ll offer a complimentary snack along with your catch.
We will arrive at La Fe, a cove that is part of Santa Cruz Island. Here we will enjoy our last snorkeling session. (Please note that order of this visit may change depending on weather conditions or National Park regulations.) If this happens, we will visit the spot the oppose.
Landing at this site is wet (that is, we will jump from the boat to the shore).
If the tide is low, you can enjoy a short hike in the beach along a trail surrounded by a cactus forest on your own. Perfect for some great photos!
Finally, we’ll enjoy our last snorkeling activity, where we’ll have the opportunity to observe marine iguanas… among other species, we’ll be able to see pan rays and octopuses.
We’ll return on board after a wonderful session of snorkel, where our crew will welcome you back with a delicious lunch.
Aproximately by 15:00 we will return back to Santa Cruz town.
