Si no tienes tiempo suficiente para quedarte en la isla de isabela, te puedes embarcar en este magnifico tour que nos llevará a los mejores rincones de la isla. Aquí podrás observar a los emblemáticos pingüinos de Galapagos en el islote Tintoreras, así también como a los piqueros de patas azules y iguanas marinas que abundan en la zona. También nos aventuraremos en el pueblo para observar a las tortugas gigantes y a los flamingos endémicos!

We begin the adventure by picking you up directly at your hotel if it is located in Puerto Ayora, otherwise the meeting point will be at our offices. Next we will go to the Puerto Ayora dock to check in on the reserved ferry.

We will go to Isabela, this is a 2 hour 2.5 hour tour depending on the sea condition.

On the island of Isabela you must pay an entrance fee of 10 foreign dollars and 4 national dollars from 9 years of age.

At the exit of the corridor our naturalist guide will greet you to begin the adventure!

We will begin the activity by sailing approximately 15 minutes to reach the Tintoreras islet where we will do a hiking activity and another snorkeling activity.

We will take a short walk that will take you to rocky and steep trails where you can admire the natural beauty and unique wildlife of the islands including the Galapagos penguins, which are the second smallest subspecies in the world.

During the walk it is common to find marine iguanas resting on the rich black lava, sea lions playing on the coast and coastal birds flying over the landscape or in their nests.

After an entertaining walk, the snorkeling activity will take place, here you will be able to observe colorful fish, marine iguanas, sea turtles and sharks.

We will return to Puerto Villamil to move to the center of town where we will have lunch at a local restaurant.

You will visit the “flamingo pool” wetland, where you will be able to see American flamingos, freshwater ducks, among other birds in their natural habitat.

Afterwards we will visit the Arnaldo Tupiza breeding center, where you can observe land turtles of different sizes in addition to learning about the importance of taking care of this ecosystem. We will return at approximately 2:30 p.m. to the town’s main dock where they will take the ferry that will return them to Santa Cruz Island.
