The Alya catamaran is a luxury cruise ship that was constructed in 2017. The crew will make your trip an experience you could only dream about. There are many activities available for you. We will make this trip an adventure that you won’t be able to find anywhere else.
The ship offers a certified bilingual naturalist guide, a cruise director as well as eight crew members who will keep glad all our privileged guests. The ship meets the highest standards of excellence, safety and service to provide the best experience onboard.
On board, our ship guests will enjoy unique comfort. The catamaran includes nine exclusive and personalized cabins inspired by the Galapagos colors with ocean views. Eight of them come with private balconies with twin or king sizes beds.
All of our cabins are equipped with air conditioning, a closet, a safe, an internal telephone, cotton sheets, a bathroom with hot water, a hairdryer, and toiletries.
Our indoor areas are designed to give you the comfort of feeling at home, you can enjoy the living room, while watching a movie in our Mydas app where you will find movies and documentaries about the Galapagos, the latest blockbusters, or read a book, in our wide selection of naturalistic and science books. Focused on your comfort, we have designed this area especially for you, with harmonious artistic fused glass decorations inspired by the natural colors of the sky, sea, and land.
In addition, a general dining area where you will enjoy various gastronomic options with an Ecuadorian touch, the dining area includes 2 tables for 9 people, where guests, the captain, and the guide will share the specialties prepared by our expert chef.
On board, you will find a menu created by a chef who specializes in national and international cuisine. We can also accommodate dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free as long as we are given advance notice.
We also offer an elegant dining room for your main meals, where you can share with passengers our onboard gastronomy and a coffee and water station for unlimited beverages available 24 hours a day.
After an exciting day of adventure in the Galapagos Islands, you can enjoy our elegant solarium, which features a Jacuzzi from which you will have an incredible panoramic view, while you talk about your experience. We are aware of your high level of demand, so we have designs inspired by the beauty of the sea, with comfortable cushions and a sliding roof that will adapt to your needs.
Additionally, we know the importance of enjoying nature while cruising, so we have an outdoor area where you can enjoy your favorite drinks in the fellowship of your family or friends.
Relax and take a break in our fully equipped bar, where you will find a select menu of the best alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as our specialty cocktails, such as mojitos, martinis, and cocktails with Ecuadorian liquor that will make your experience in the islands, an unforgettable memory, while you share with your friends or family in the jewel of Galapagos.
Taste exquisite meals, both traditional and international, prepared by our excellent chef and highly trained kitchen staff. We can accommodate dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free, as long as we are notified in advance.
We know the importance of the vital liquid that is water, so we offer you a station where you can enjoy unlimited coffee and water 24 hours a day.
