On Bartolomé Island, you will observe the famous Pinnacle rock and in Sombrero Chino you will explore its rocky shores and observe the impressive lava formations that have created an unique landscape.
TOUR DETAILS:
Departure time: 7:00 am.
From: Puerto Ayora → Itabaca Channel.
Activities: 80% Hiking and 20% Snorkeling.
Duration: 10 hours.
Navigation: 4.5 hours (round trip)
Yacht capacity: 16 people.

ITINERARY
07:00
Pick up starts from the different hotels of our customers to go ahead to the Itabaca Cannal.
08:00
Once in Itabaca Cannal we will board the yacht and navigate to the first destination which is Bartolome island.
10:00
We will anchor close to Bartolome to board the dinghy boat that will bring us to the island in a dry-landing.
10:15
We will start the hike through a wooden corridor with stairs that reach the viewpoint of the main landscape.

While passing through the different viewpoints that the island has you will get amazed of it natural beauty.

You will observe rock and volcanic formations, craters that will make you think you are on another planet. This place is definitely the ideal place to understand more closely the evolution that makes these islands a famous and world-renowned place.

Once in the top you will reach the most representative and famous landscape of the Galapagos islands. From here you can observe the Pinnacle rock.

We will return back onboard and navigate to our next destination which is the island Sombrero Chino.

We will anchor close to Sombrero Chino, a small jewel of the Galapagos Islands. You will board the dinghy boat to approach the island with a wet-landing in the beach of this island.

You will start the trek along the trails to observe a variety of wildlife, including seabirds such as blue-footed boobies, marine iguanas, sea lions, Galapagos penguins and unique flora including cacti and other plants adapted to volcanic conditions.

After an entertaining day of exploration, you will immerse yourself in the turquoise waters in the beach of this island.

Here you can observe bank of sea stars, sea turtles, tropical fish, sea lions and penguins. A dream attraction!

We will return to the boat where chef on board will demonstrate his culinary art to delight you with an exquisite lunch while we contemplate the natural beauty of our surroundings.
Around 15:15 we will return back to the Itabaca Canal where the bus will be waiting you to bring you back to Puerto Ayora around 18:00
